 The weather went from cold to bone-chilling to record-breaking in days, bottoming out in the teens, and ERCOT, Texas’s mysterious, illuminati-like nonprofit power-regulation organization, forced blackouts throughout the state in a bid to avoid irreparably crashing the grid.
